RETURN & REFUND POLICY – VISHWA JEWELLERY

Thank you for shopping with VISHWA JEWELLERY. We sell imitation jewellery only, including bangles and other fashion jewellery products.

1. NO REGULAR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Once an order has been confirmed and delivered, VISHWA JEWELLERY does not offer regular returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, colour preference, design preference, or incorrect size selection.

Customers are requested to carefully check the MODEL, SIZE, DESIGN, QUANTITY AND PRODUCT DETAILS before placing an order.

2. SIZE SELECTION

Please select your bangle size carefully before ordering.

For bangle products, available sizes may include 2.4, 2.6 and 2.8, depending on the product.

An incorrect size selected by the customer is not eligible for return or exchange.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

If you receive a product that appears to be damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, please contact VISHWA JEWELLERY as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

  • ORDER NUMBER
  • CUSTOMER NAME
  • PHOTOS OF THE PRODUCT
  • PHOTOS OF THE PACKAGING
  • A SHORT VIDEO, IF REQUESTED BY OUR TEAM

Our team will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a suitable resolution.

4. REFUNDS

Refunds are not provided for normal change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

If a refund is approved after our review of a genuine product issue, the refund will be processed according to the applicable payment method and our verification process.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request cancellation.

Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

6. JEWELLERY CARE

Imitation jewellery should be kept away from:

  • Water and moisture
  • Perfume and body spray
  • Sweat
  • Chemicals and detergents
  • Lotions and creams
  • Excessive friction

The appearance and durability of plating/finish can vary depending on usage, moisture, sweat, chemicals, friction and storage conditions.

7. IMPORTANT

All products sold by VISHWA JEWELLERY are imitation jewellery only.

They are NOT REAL GOLD, NOT SOLID GOLD AND NOT 1GM GOLD, unless a product is specifically described otherwise.

Customers should carefully read the product description and confirm all product details before placing an order.
